There are some legendary players in a virtual dead heat at the top of our standings, from No. 1 overall vote-getter Jerry Rice leading Deion Sanders by just more than 400 votes, to a much smaller gap separating Barry Sanders and Reggie White in rounding out our top 10.
Slightly farther down the list, Rob Gronkowski leads No. 2 TE Tony Gonzalez by merely 165 votes, while Devin Hester leads Steve Tasker among all specialists by only 130 votes.
It's so close, football fans, and your vote could be the one that tips the scales — not only in helping assemble the final "Team for the Ages" but helping you get some great free prizes, too. Head to our contest site now and join in on the fun. We can't wait to unveil the final squad soon.
